In 2013 FB Mine Cart LLC was formed for the purpose of modifing Kubota RTV and Kubota Trac Loader equipment for the coal mining industry, meeting MSHA regulations for both surface and underground use.

In 2015, with the coal mining industry declining in the Southern Illinois region, the owners of FB Mine Cart LLC, Josh Bundy and Tom McAfoos, made the decision to expand their operations into additional markets with a more diversified client base.

With the purchase of Rhino Linings of Southern Illinois, not only are we better positioned to access these new markets and clients, we are now in a different facility, at a new location with expanded services, and a
NEW NAME.
